Guyana, like the rest of the world, has its challenges in healthcare. Our university provides a quality medical education that prepares Students for one of the most challenging medical board exams. US Medical Licensing Examination (USMLE) will give students the advantage in acquiring the knowledge and skills that will make them a lifelong learner in the healthcare environment. I like that our university’s competencies are based not only on Medical and Clinical Knowledge and skills but also on professionalism and advance communication. Why? Research shows that these are the areas healthcare workers are rated poorly on. Therefore, these abilities will also help students to provide better services to their community.
All students will receive a Guyana visa
